COVID 19 RISK ASSESSMENT
1. Face Coverings must be worn at all times (including while seated) whilst in the lodge premises for a lodge meeting, except while speaking.
2. Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to the lodge and prior to signing the attendance book.
3. Face coverings will be provided at the attendance book for anyone who has forgotten one.
4. All attendees must sign the track and trace book giving contact details on entering the building.
5. Please enter the lodge room via front door.
6. Please exit the lodge room via side door passage to the adjacent and toilets.
7. Hand sanitisers are placed at the RWM and Wardens Dias’s and at the bar top.
8. The Masonic temple and adjacent will be fogged immediately after the lodge building has been set up for the evening this will be a minimum of 2 hours in advance.
9. The lodge building including tables, chairs, doors and touch points are cleaned and sanitised after every use of the building.
10. Paper towels and hand sanitiser is provided in the toilets.
11. Please be mindful of social distancing while in the lodge although one metre distancing is not enforced we ask all attendees to distance to 1 metre as far as is practical to do.
12. When attendees exit to the adjacent at the end of the meeting the lodge room will be changed to the social club where the lodge harmony will take place.Normal rules of the social club will apply on re-entry. For guidance below.

c. Face coverings are required while moving about the club but may be taken of while seated, and while eating and drinking.
d. All glasses, dishes used are cleaned and sanitised before use in line with best practice for bars and social clubs.
e. All licensing laws and requirements/restrictions are adhered to and met if asked to comply with any instruction from a member of bar staff please do so.
